The HBNA is the overall organization for neighborhood activities in the area bounded by Peachtree Road on the south, Peachtree Dunwoody Road on the west, Windsor Parkway and Wimberly on the north, and Osborne Road on the east.

Annual dues for HBNA are $100.  The annual dues help pay for newsletters, the directory, this web site, zoning issues, the Street Party, the New Neighbor Party, public area landscape maintenance, traffic and any other issues that affect the neighborhood that are of a concern to the HBNA.  The fiscal year is January 1 to December 31. Members are identified with a current year sticker on their mailbox.
