HBNA has created several public forums that will allow its members to post items online for viewing by other HBNA members.  The idea behind this is that HBNA members need a quick and easy way to communicate with each other regarding specific topics, and what better method could exist than using the HBNA web site?

NOTICE: Due to a service issue with our web hosting company, spam blocks from our forums have been inadvertently removed.  As a result, our forums have been flooded with spam starting July 4th.  We are in the process of cleaning the forums and making a decision with how to handle them going forward.  In the meantime, all forums will be temporarily unavailable. 

Our initial forums will be limited to the following:

Services:  A forum where HBNA members can seek or offer services, such as pet sitting, lawn care, etc.  Click here to view.

Real Estate:  A forum where HBNA members can post beach rentals, vacation homes for sale or rent and similar properties to other HBNA members.  Click here to view.

For Sale:  Allows HBNA members to post items for sale, such as cars, boats, etc.  Also a great place to advertise yard or estate sales.  Click here to view.

Depending upon the success and usage of the forums, additional forums may be added over time.  If you have any ideas regarding new areas you'd like to see covered, click here to send us an e-mail and let us know.

ADDING PHOTOS...  Several forum users have asked about adding photos to their posts.  While photos cannot be added to the posts themselves, you can include links to photos that may be posted elsewhere on the internet.  Just enter the URL of the web page the photo is on or the photo itself (this can usually be obtained by right clicking on the photo, selecting Properties, and copying the Address or URL of the photo).

Please note that both of the above are on the Flickr web site.  This is an excellent place to post photos if you do not already have an account established elsewhere, and basic accounts are free.
