NEW!  Provide Vacation Notices via the Web

You can now provide vacation notices to the BSA via the web by following the instructions below.  Please read the instructions carefully, as the log in is a two step process.

1. Click the button below to open the gateway screen for the HBNA database.  Use the username "HBNA" and the password "resident" to get top level access to the database. 

2. Click on the "BCNA New" link to open the database, where you will then enter your unique user name and password that were provided on your 2011 Dues Invoice. (Please note that the data entered must be exactly as it appears on the dues invoice; any deviation from the data shown on the invoice will prevent you from being able to log in.)  Once you have logged in, select the "Vacation Notification / Update" option.

(Note: If you do not remember your user name and password, please click here to request this information by e-mail.  Please include your name and street address in your e-mail.)

Of course, you can also call the Brookhaven Security Association vacation line at 404-365-8196 and leave details about your planned vacation dates. 

Either way, BSA Patrol officers will check on your home while you are away.
